AC/DC – Rock N' Roll Train lyrics
One hot angel
One cool devil
Your mind on the fantasy
Livin on the ecstasy
Give it all, give it,
Give it what you got
Come on give it all a lot
Pick it up move it
Give it to the spot
Your mind on a fantasy
Livin on ecstasy

Runaway Train
(Running right off the track)
Runaway Train
(Running right off the track)
Runaway Train
(Running right off the track)
Yeah the Runaway Train
(Running right off the track)

One hard ring a bell
Old school rebel
A ten for the revelry
Jamming up the agency
Shake it, Shake it
Take it to the spot
You know she make it really hot
Get it on, give it up
Come on give it all you got
Your mind on a fantasy
Livin on the ecstasy

Runaway Train
(Running right off the track)
Yeah the Runaway Train yeah
(Running right off the track)
On the Runaway Train
(Running right off the track)
Runaway Train
(Running right off the track)

(Angus Guitar Solo)

One hot southern belle
Son of a devil
School boy's spelling bee
A school girl with a fantasy
One hard ring a bell
All screwed up
A ten for the revelry
Jamming up the agency
Shake it, Take it
Take it to the spot
You know
She make it really hot Yeah
Give it all, give it up
Come on give it what you got
You know she's just like it

Runaway Train
(Running right off the track)
She's coming off the track
Runaway Train
(Running right off the track)
Give it all, give it up
Come on give it all you got
Runaway Train
(Running right off the track)
Runaway Train
(Running right off the track)

the people that HATE AC/DC are nothing but ingrates / NOW the people that LOVE AC/DC understand the TRUE meaning of ROCK' you understand the emotion of it' the POWER and the STORY behind it, this band is the most awesomeness band to ever exist' i'm glad this band had become an existence thank the LORD for that in fact my Dad grew up listening to this and whats more coincidence is that was born in 1973 when AC/DC was created' now im listening to AC/DC and AC/DC has changed my life mentally and physically, it makes me get all hyped up and gives me the energy I need every day

Now I know there are other rock bands out there like METALLICA, DEPP PURPLE, GUNS "N" ROSES, AEROSMITH,
LYNYRD SKYNYRD, OZZY OSBOURNE and ect. but this band in particular is like life coursing through your vainse, like you can do anything and can't stop you from doing it' it makes you feel ALIVE.

Saw ac/Dc play this live Nov. 2 at American Airlines, the best concert I have ever been to! When it comes to classic rock, or even rock in general, there is no other to me but ac/Dc. I think that without ac/Dc rock would not have been what it is today, they changed the sound of music and with this new album they still remain to be changing it!

Great to hear the boys are still releasing the no bullshit rock that have made them who they are - the greatest rock band in the world.
After listening to this song over and over again for the best part of 6 hours, I still think some of the interpreted lyrics on various websites are wrong (or maybe I am). Only bj will truly ever know what he ever sings. Did he even write the lyrics or has Angus and Malcom still got control of those too? The poetry of Bon has been lost forever and that was certainly reflected and evident from everything after Back in Black. Bj was credited for Bon's lyrics and although a nice gesture on the part of ac/Dc for introducing him to their stage and the fans who embraced him, it was the only thing they ever did wrong by Bon Scott after his death.
Having said all that, I love the song, love the sound and can't wait to hear the rest of the album. Great work boys, another fine piece of work.

The song is about a guy who walks right into one of ac/dc's rehearsals in Toronto just before their appearance at the Sars-Fest concert, also headlined by the Rolling Stones. If you consider the lyrics in that light you'll find the references are about a younger musician being encouraged to break through in the music biz. I was in between songs with my band at Pro-Rehearsal Studios near Cherry St. When I heard an ac/Dc song coming from another room. Well it sounded a bit too good to be anyone but ac/Dc so I cracked the door. Omfg! So I walked down to the back of the joint where the unmistakable racket was coming from, paused then just tried the door. I stepped in and lo-and-behold? There they were having just stopped for a moment! The band looked over, I made some gesture (I forget exactly what) and then a couple of crew or building staff walked over and brushed me out. I remember Brian smiled and waved. Obviously, the idea is that someone "crashed" right into their room like a runaway train. Part of their stage set on this tour is a huge train engine busting through the wall behind the drums - that's me up there :) The memory of that night still gives me a rush. They've always been one of my top 5 faves.

Who ever did the lyrcs. You suck. Bad. Almost like a guy with popped collar bad. Think about that. Go sit in your room, turn off the lights and think about what you've done. Horrible. I've lost all faith in the music now. Also. Think about it. One hot angel one cool devil. One heart angel? Are you serious? Please do everybody a favor and never try to do lyrics again.
