That this shows that you love someone dearly but no one cares if they hate you and he is in love with you and you don't have muvh to give him but love and yourself that's the best thing to give them forever and ever and ever they will have that with them until you are done so that's all the meaning of love in this like it says I wish you could be happy insted there is nothing else I can do but love you insted.

I believe that this song is based on troubled teens. I think that avril is trying to get people to understand that it's okay to be scared or upset, it's normal. She is trying to tell you to keep your head up and face whatever the day brings, because no two days are the same, you should make the best of the time you have. Don't look back on the past because you might regret or get upset over something you did or didn't do. People go through the same things at different times of their lives such as the loss of somebody but you have to look to the future. Live life as it comes.
Amazing pick me up song.

I think this song was meant for all of the troubled kids/teens out there, and she's telling them that if you keep getting up everyday, things will eventually get better. I like this song because many people can relate to it and it's a very inspiring song. I think this is my favorite song in the album other than "push", making this song my second favorite. All in all, very nice songs in the album.
