She's saying that sometimes there is so much stress in life that she can't handle it any more and begins to let her life spiral out of control, and she loves this feeling, because it frees her from the burdens of life. But eventually you hit rock-bottom and you know have to pick yourself up again and sort yourself out, as she says in the song "its only when i hit the ground that causes all the grief".

So essentially she's fallen out of love many times in a lot of different ways. I'm unsure about the meaning of "i fell in your opinion when i fell in love with you".
The next part she's wishing she would fall in love b/c she wants for someone to love her. She doesn't want to be alone. But the problem is it's okay when they love her too until they stop loving her.
The scribbled out name is someone she loved that she can't forget so she keeps writing their name again and again. But she wants to move on so she keeps scribbling it out.
After that she's saying she loves people easily and falling in love would be easier if they never stopped loving her (ie nowhere to land) then she would be scared to fall in love with someone.
Last part is just a repeat.
