Instead of focusing on agriculture this song feels to me like it resembles greed and the way the current (monetary) system stimulates monopolies that isolate people from their fellow humans, forcing neglect and selfish acts in order to make your monopoly perform well and achieve more profits. It also tries to debunk common excuses from people that are responsible for negatively influencing their environment.

I agree with the comments below but would like to extend to the idea that this is (at least to some degree) related to food and agriculture (particularly animal agriculture).
The title is 'wolf down the earth', which can be read as 'devour the earth'. 'devour' could be used to describe a few things, but 'wolf down' is a synonym for 'devour' only used when describing voracious eating. I think this song is about, primarily, how the human race's eating habits and agricultural systems (controlled by the 'wolves'; the ruling elite who care only for profit) are destroying the earth.

I've taken Gojiras somewhat fiction songwriting in to mind trying to understand this song... Maybe it is something about the Anunnaki? As it's told by the ancients that The Anunnaki (Seven judges of hell, those enslaving mankind, that comes from Planet X Aka Nibiru).. Maybe something about how they are going to judge us and raise their torches to immolate the earth and enslave the living (The wolves are now your lords, Voracious flames upon the earth) as said in the lore. Combined with a reflection of what our current and past sins is and have been... Can't wrap my head around the whole "you" point of view in the lyrics tho.. (if it was "they", it would be much clearer to me haha).. If they were talking about what i've mentioned above .. God i love Gojira, so much that it can get overwhelming trying to understand the context. of their lyrics ^^
