    I've been thinking about this and I think it's about after judgement day , he's walking down the road to hell literally. He will need 37 stiches to keep the pain of going to hell for eternity in . I think the little taste of heaven is the good times here on earth. Like maybe a birth of a child ,getting married ,the fun he had on earth in his lifetime is the little taste of heaven . Now he's kicking stones down the path to hell. Listening to the pipers whistling,& believing satins lies. Head hung low absolutely. ??

    I've always wondered what the signify of the 37 stitches was, now I know it's the stitches after they do an autopsy . To stich the chest back up. So it all makes sense now . It's a great song . I love it. They are a great band ! The singers voice is awesome.

    I think this song is about two people that have an undeniable, unbreakable connection - something much deeper than love. They've tried to be together several times, but one of them keeps doing something to sabotage it. But no matter what, they keep finding their way back to each other because they recognize that they are meant to be together and instinct and an overwhelming need for each other tells them they must keep trying. Because it really is meant to be.

    The song is over 2 Iovers that don't see each other because they are many kiiometers away from each other (on the other side of sun).
    So the singer from the I perspective Iove the person on the other side of sun becouse she understand him and they think they are for together.
    So they wait for each other, but the waiting makes him iii, so he need 37 Stitches to keep the pain, because they wait sooo Iong.

    I think the song is about two lovers that have the best s** in the world and are connected for all the wrong reasons. The person singing craves the other person and waits for the next "Taste" but he is either in a relationship or unavailible for some reason so being with the singer is dragging the other lover to hell, but they can't keep from wanting to be together.

    It is simple 37 stitches implies That losing his lover equates to the removal of the heart during autopsy requires 37 stitches to close the chest back up afterwards. It is after a break up which he doesn't want nor accept. He has condemned himself to a miserable existence and thinks they belong together.

    The singer is a rough dude and knows it, but loves this girl because she inspires him to be better; but no matter what, he now realizes he's not capable of being someone he can't be, no matter how hard he tries. And now he knows that she is seeing it this way, and that the "end is creepin' in" and she's about to break it off (reluctantly - she's looking down at her feet and kicking the stones on the ground), and despite his self-denial ("close my eyes for the chance of a better view | close my ears so i couldn't hear you"), it's coming - and the inevitable pain will be so great it'll take 37 stitches to stitch his broken heart back together.

    It's about an angel and a demon who are in love with each other. Though their love is undeniable, and uncontrollable, it is also forbidden. 37 stiches is a paraphrase of the number of stiches it took to remove the demons heart to which was given to the angel. But the physical pain is nothing compared to the anguish of losing the one it was given to.

    This song is about 2 lovers, so intense that it overcomes them both. For good or bad they are connected on a level that is above the normal plane of existance. The singer has obviously lost sight of that, or had no choice but to break that connection. Hes in pain over the loss but doesn't know exactly what to do to fix it. He feels like his insides are being ripped out from the pain he feels, and the pain that he has caused his love. I have a personal connection to this song. It was somehow wrote for me I think.

    I think this song may be about a guy, that for some reason always ends up in trouble's way whether he wants to or not. He wishes he could be saved by "the one" that's "a little taste of heaven". But he knows just as good as that person may be; he is equally as bad. This person sees him slipping away, down "the wrong path". Theres nothing either can do about it.
