This song means that, the boy is finding the girl that he love everywhere and he is very shocked to see the girl that he really love is going to married with someone else. The boy is really really sad that the girl is going to married with someone. The girl said to him, that he is too late and she is have been taken with someone else.

To my understanding the song is about a boy who once dumped a girl, it seems they were madly in love that the girl still thought of the ex boyfriend even when she was getting married. The same applies to the boy that he went looking for the girl in all the streets in town, and to his surprise he found the girl at church, getting married to another man. The girl didn't call it quit after seeing someone she loved so much but told him that he was let and she was already taken by someone.
