    He is writing about his isolation having to experience he mother's abuse by her second husband "my mother died every night" he felt like an outcast in his family " the black sheep was blackmailed again" I don't know about "love myself better than you". I'm on a plain, I'm guessing plane/plain, he's removed himself mentally from this difficult situation back then & now he's literally on an airplane often, high above everything temporarily. Maybe a drug reference? He also does state at the end that "it is now time to make it unclear"
