Toya Rodriguez (born 1983 in North Dakota), known professionally as simply Toya, is an American pop singer from St. Louis, Missouri. She was signed to Arista Records through Hit City Ent. Her hit 2001 single "I Do" led to her self-titled debut album the same year.
