Union Underground – Turn Me On "mr. Deadman" lyrics
Penetrate, Penetrate
All the simple minds
They adore, what a bore how they stand in line
Dilate, Dilate
What's my drug of choice?
It's okay when they pay they say I got the voice
Look at this the motherfucker is a millionaire
Realize it's a mask that you wear
Violate, Violate
Such a simple plan

Turn me on turn me on Mr. Deadman

Yeah I want it
I need it
To make a million
Yeah I love it
A fuckin' rockstar

Penetrate, Penetrate
All the simple minds
They adore, what a bore how they stand in line
Dilate, Dilate
What's my drug of choice?
It's okay when they pay they say I got the voice
Look at this the little faggot is a millionaire
Realize it's a mask that you wear
Violate, Violate
Such a simple plan
Turn me on turn me on Mr. Deadman

Just a complete guess here. the Union Underground (do not know if they wrote the song or was it written for them to perform) is making a statement about the Rock-n-Roll, sex, and drugs revolution of the 60's and 70's brought about by Alistair Crowley and Tavistock (a social engineering program). Bands like the Rolling Stones and the Beatles were part of the wave that would bring in this "new age". at some point in 1967 Paul McCartney decided to no longer go along with indirectly pushing drugs (heroine experimentation) on his fans. long story short: he was killed, replaced by a body double (who still preforms today as Paul), the band took a completely different direction, and the albums begin to fill with clues about an alleged car crash that secretly killed Paul. The car crash was a red herring to anyone who suspected the switch. John Lennon dropped many many clues in his music post 1968. one lyric in particular, probably the most famous, "turn me on dead man" is heard when playing "Revolution Number 9" backwards. to sum it all up, this song is a revelation from the men who truly rule Media, Hollywood, and music in America. The band is describing their fans, "simple minds"; "they adore [rock musicians]"; "drug(s) of choice"; "when I play (wrong lyrics up top) they say I got the voice" music is not about music in America, it is about trends, socialism, and image; "a simple plan (to take over the minds of the youth)"; Paul McCartney tried to uproot the plan "violate violate such a simple plan"; thus, he was killed "turn me on turn me on Mr. dead man" you are all welcome!
